Gorilla Blanket, Act II

Lisa: That don't include bikinis, stilletos or machine guns.

Jet: Leaves my Russ Meyer collection out then. Lets see, I bought Frenzy the other day.

Jacob: No Fifth Element I suppose?

Jet: If you want to watch crap go and stare down a toilet for half hour.

Luke and Louie return with four plastic bags full of bottles

Ben: The Red Cross has arrived!

He points to his empty glass

Ben: And not before time too, there's dyung men here!

Louie: You had better get your share of the supplies then Benjamin.

Ben: I thought you were a Christian? Share and share alike and all that!

Louie makes two fingers into horns, heavy metal style

Louie: Devil tonight! Christian tomorrow.

Lisa: I like the sound of that.

Ben gets up and counts money

Ben: I preferred her the way she was.

He goes to the bar
Jacob watches him go

Jacob: Tight sod. He'd be quite content to cadge drinks off us all night.

Luke: Ah come on J, don't let it stick in your throat. We'd all like a free round of drinks if we could find one.

Jacob: I suppose.

He stands up and joins Ben at the smoky bar
A few minutes later they return from the ever louder growing bar crowd with carrier bags and a bottle of vodka

Tempathy: Look out planet earth! There are new guns in town!

Jet salutes the table overflowing with glasses and ashtrays

Jet: My fellow countrymen, it is my sad duty to inform you that as of now war has been declared over the territories of chateux Jet. Bombers should make their way to the exit of this pub without hesitation, be brave and rise to the grim challenge which awaits.
Our mission is to put a sober world to rights, and I have faith you will carry out your task efficiently and without disaster. Our last re-fuelling stop will be the chip parlour, rations will be distributed evenly.
We expect huge loss of speech and senses, any yellow livered canary shall be ridiculed. This blitz will be victorious, sobriety shall be eliminated! Your country and kidneys are proud of you!

Lights fall

Curtain falls
